You now have 3 convenient ways to view or change an existing appointment, or to request an appointment to see your doctor. For your convenience, you may also consult with the SNEC ophthalmologists (eye-doctors) at the following branches and affiliated centres listed below. Eye surgery is also performed at Sengkang General Hospital, Changi General Hospital and KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital (for children) by the SNEC ophthalmologists. Please discuss with our Appointments Dept (for consultation) or Listing Room Staff (for surgery).

Option 1: View, Change or Cancel Your Existing Appointment

Request a new appointment by filling in our on-line form. We will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your appointment. For urgent and emergency cases, please call 995 or go to an emergency room.

Current patients of SNEC or other SingHealth institutions may change or cancel their existing appointments directly with our online system.

This service is for all SNEC Specialist Outpatients Clinics (SOC) appointments, except for: 

Patient’s with multiple eye sub-specialty appointments / tests / treatments such as:

  • Botox
  • Dressing
  • Complex cases such as OOKP (Osteo-Odonto Keratoprosthesis)
  • Neuro-ophthalmology
  • Glaucoma

* For patients with the abovementioned conditions, please send us an email at appointments@snec.com.sg. Our staff from the Appointments department will contact you.

Terms and conditions for online appointments:

  • Strictly for non-emergency and non-urgent cases. For medical emergency, please proceed to SGH A&E or call 995
  • Subject to availability of slots
  • Booking valid only when you receive an acknowledgement that your appointment has been changed
  • You have sufficient supply of medicine till your next appointment date. If you do not, please send us an email at appointments@snec.com.sg to request for top-up.
